One often requested feature is an integrated rental management (rental box) system, this feature is under active development and we expect an initial version to be released soon.

Some of the planned features:
* Track payments, payment history, and tenant history
* Rentals via individual box or central tier terminal
* When parcel is initially rented via box or terminal, Worker bot will be sent to the parcel to remove it from being set for-sale, and make any other necessary parcel configuration changes (such as adding *** to lock the parcel, possibly transferring parcel from sales group to rental group)
* Invite renter to group with proper role/permissions set

Until our Rental Manager module is complete, you can use other rental box solutions (And even when we have a solution you can continue to use your existing one).

You will need a Land Group configured as a "Prep" group, this Land Group will be used to prepare a parcel for dual purpose rent/sale. The following options need to be set in this group:

Do Not Sell
Sell Objects
Clear Parcels
Track Sales

All other options can be your own preferences. This group is simply used to Clear the parcel for initial setup and place a Sales Tracker. All new parcels you wish to list for both sale and rent start out here.

Once the Worker Bot has processed the parcels in this group You can:
* Place your Rental Box (and/or other decorative objects)
* Move the parcels from this Land Group into Any other Land Group configured with the following settings:

Do Not Track Sales
Do Not Clear Parcels
Sell Objects

In effect what this does is place the Sales Tracker on the parcel during initial configuration, After this is done the Sales Tracker will continue to work and record sales as long as it remains on the parcel.

You will be able to still reconfigure pricing and parcel settings using other land groups however objects on the parcel will remain.

Be sure that...
The parcels have successfully been processed in the Initial "Prep" group before placing any items such as a Rental Box on the parcel
You do not remove the Sales Tracker object.
You add a *** Somewhere in the parcels Name or Description once the parcel has been rented

The downside of this method is that your Sales Tracker device will never be upgraded when new versions are available unless you reprocess your Rental Parcels through the "Prep" group again.
