Land Group Manager Introduction |

The Land Group manager is used to view and configure Land Groups. A Land Group is a collection of parcels of like type.
A. Sorting Options, access by clicking the down arrow while highlighting any column header, Not available on all columns. Additionally you can show and hide columns B. Info Column, displays sumaries of items currently contained in Land Group. See Also G C. Parcel count column, shows the total number of parcels contained in this Land Group. Additionally Land Groups containing 1 or more parcels have their name bolded in the Name Column (E). D. Window toolbar for controlling the window itself, Maximize, Context help, and Close. Hovering over the help icon displays a tooltip with brief information, clicking the help icon will open the detailed help page. E. Name Column displays the name of the Land Group. The default Land Group is where newly discovered parcels are placed after discovery. F. Parcel Name/Description - This column contains the currently confiured parcel name and description, hovering over the cell with your mouse will show example rendered content. G. Icon Area displays icons so you can at a glance see some of the options that are enabled in this land group. the dollar bill icon indicates the land group is configured to set parcels placed in it as for-sale. The clock icon indicates the scheduler is enabled and parcels placed in this group will be automatically moved after the time interval specified in the Land Group configuration H. The Browse icon when clicked will open the Land Group inside the parcel manager, and if it contains 1 or more parcels it will load those parcels in the source parcels panel of the Parcel Manager. I. Clicking the Pencil will open the Land Group settings editor where configuration options are specified for parcels placed in this Land Group. J. Clicking the X icon will delete the Land Group. If the Land Group currently contains any parcels, they will be moved to your Default Land Group. K. The paging toolbar allows those with many Land Groups to page through them, the refresh icon will reload the Land Group list from the server. L. The message area displays informational messages and feedback such as when a Land Group is updated. M. Use the Create New Land Group button to define a new Land Group N. Paging Status will show you in conjunction with the Paging toolbar (K) which parcels are currently being displayed. |
