Navigation Landmanager -> Land Group Manager -> Edit (Pencil Icon) or Create New Land Group -> Advanced Tab Introduction The Land Group Scheduler allows you to reconfigure parcels by moving them between Land Groups on a configurable schedule unattended. Using the scheduler to move parcels between Land Groups processes the parcels in exactly the same manner using the Drag and Drop in Parcel Manager. Configuration ![]() Figure 1 - Scheduler Settings Any Land Group except your Default Land Group can be configured to move parcels into another Land Group. You can configure the schedule time from as little as 1 Hour up to 10 Years. After a parcel has been placed in a Land Group with scheduling enabled, the parcel gets configured normally with the settings configured in the Land Group. After the parcel is successfully configured the scheduler will after the time period you specify move the parcel into the Land Group configured in the Scheduler. The Scheduler is configured in the Land Group Manager, under the Advanced Tab. To enable the scheduler, check the box that is labeled Enable Dynamic Scheduler for this Land Group. Once checked, the schedule and next Land Group options are enabled. The scheduler contains two boxes that define how long before a parcel is moved, the Interval can be in: Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months. The minimum time is 1 Hour, the maximum time is 10 Years. The Scheduler has a dropdown list of eligible target Land Groups. You can not select the Default Land Group or the current Land Group being configured and they will not be shown in the dropdown list. How it works At the scheduled time, the scheduler will move the parcels from the current Land Group into the target Land Group you have specified in the scheduler settings, and send the qualifying parcels to the queue for reprocessing. The target Land Group in the scheduler does not have to be another Land Group with scheduling enabled. You can enable the scheduler in multiple Land Groups to move parcels around on a predetermined schedule. Example Usage Scenerio You buy and sell mainland and currently have 10 parcels in your Default Land Group to process. You want to prices these at 10L/sq.m to begin with and each day for 6 days you want to lower the price 1L/sq.m until the parcel is sold or reaches 4L/sq.m. You would create 6 Land Groups eg: "Start Group", "Group Day 1 9L", "Group Day 2 8L", Etc, down to "Group Day 6 4L". In each of these Land Groups you would configure the price starting at 10L for "Start Group" incrementally down 1L to the "Group Day 6 4L" Land Group. In the Schedule for each group you are configuring you would first Enable the scheduler, set the Interval to "1 Day", and set the Next Group to the next lower priced Land Group. For Example: Name=Start Group Price=10L/sq.m Interval=1 Day Next Group=Group Day 1 9L Name=Group Day 1 9L Price=9L/sq.m Interval=1 Day Next Group=Group Day 2 8L Name=Group Day 2 8L Price=8L/sq.m Interval=1 Day Next Group=Group Day 3 7L Name=Group Day 3 7L Price=7L/sq.m Interval=1 Day Next Group=Group Day 4 6L Name=Group Day 4 5L Price=5L/sq.m Interval=1 Day Next Group=Group Day 5 4L Finish Name=Group Day 5 4L Finish Price=4L/sq.m (Since this is the final group in the chain, you do not need to enable the scheduler) Its best to design your schedule chain on a piece of paper, create all the land groups, then go back and edit each one and enable and set the scheduler properties since a Land Group must already be created before it can be selected as the next group. You can have multiple chains of schedule enabled Land Groups configured to process pricing at different levels and schedules Notes
